Catering for Sunnamusk new shop launches in Bristol and Cardiff

We were delighted to provide the catering for London fragrance company Sunnamusk's new shop launches in St Mary's shopping centre, Cardiff and Cabot Circus in Bristol. We provided a selection of halal canapes along with a Mocktail for the events in their new stores.
We came up with a canape menu which we thought would work well for the event..
paella arancini's with garlic aioli
mushroom stroganoff croustades
caponata crostinis
lamb sheesh bites with mint yoghurt dip
smoked salmon blinis, dill, lemon & horseradish cream
The Sunnamusk teams were great to work with and they were fun events to do., but not without the stress of a closed motorway trying to get to Cardiff. These things are all part of catering life and we managed to get there and get the canapes set up on time.
As event caterers in Bristol, we love the challenge of coming up with interesting menus for our customers' events and working hard to deliver great food for their events.
